The hotel has a nice design and is located in the heart of downtown Lahti. the staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. It's conveniently close to plenty of shops and restaurants, right on the main shopping street. A perfect choice for a stay in Lahti.

We stayed in Helsinki the previous 3 days in a hotel with a significantly higher rate. By comparisson, Sokos in Lahti was in a different class across all aspects of service - the best value for money I have experienced over many years of frequent business visits to Finland.

The hotel was wonderful, the room was neat and modern, had essentials for a really great stay. Enjoyed a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control in the room. The service provided there was excellent. We didn't have time, so we also definitely coming here again...

New-fashioned superior room with a bathtub. The most important - marvellous and magnificent location in the center of Lahti. Also - next to main square as well as a shop for the included breakfast.

The hotel is modern and functional. the food was excellent. - the twin room with a bathtub and comfortable bed made for a really good stay. - the breakfast was very good. - It's located right on the main shopping street in Lahti. - Everything was well-maintained.

Excellent and convenient location right in the very centre of Lahti, good breakfast, very comfortable beds, nice staff, reasonable price with the "special offer". Good value for money.

I did not like poor choice of TV channels and absence of tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Everything else was fine.

room temperature was too cold for me, even airconditioner turned off.

the hotel was a short walk to all the restaurants and bars in Lahti. the main shopping street, open market, and many stores and restaurants were easily accessible from the hotel. 3. There was a shop nearby for the included breakfast.

I had a room for one person and it did not have aircondition and the bathroom was quite outdated (but clean). However, my friends had a room for two and it was renovated with aircon.

The rooms are modern and stylish with exceptionally comfortable beds. the hotel is located close to restaurants, the main square, the train station, and shopping centers. - There is a good variety of food options within a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. - the rooms are equipped with cable channels, a mini-fridge-bar, and a writing table.

I recently stayed at Sokos Hotel in the heart of the city, Lahti. The location couldn't be better, with everything I needed within walking distance. The room was cozy and well-designed, with high-quality bedding and towels. I loved the added touch of a complimentary electric tea kettle and a variety of beverages. The Italian Trattoria restaurant in the hotel served delicious food, and breakfast was fresh and diverse. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
